Biosupdate crashed !!!!

can YOU help me... i have flashed my update correctly ( PCG - GRT 786 M) and noy my Laptop dont get Power. Everytime when I push on the On / Off Button - nothing happens ! Whats the price for a new one and where I can get it ? Mama mia, i am going crazy.

I am sorry to hear of your problem.

If you cannot even enter the Bios to ensure the "default" options are loaded, I don't think there is any more you can do.

I am afraid the Laptop will have to be returned to Sony or you will have to resort to one of those companies who deal with replacement of Bios chips.

Were you using the floppy disk method or the Windows version?

The Sony Support (in Germany) is the last DAMN. ****. Theres no way out .... Sony: you need a new Mainboard, Price ca. 400 Euro. Crazy. I dont buy a Vaio next.

Nobody can take a new Bios chip to me. And its on the board for no replace... no way.
