Bluetooth problem with Vaio vgn A317s

My bluetooth turns its self off after booting up the laptop and then i cant get it to work at all. Windows cant find any bluetooth devices. HELLLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPP. Please help. Thanks Andy...
