Burn CD and ctd problem

Hi all,

I have ¨a pcg-grt896sp that I have updated with the latest sony updates, firmware and windows sp2.

My problems are that my (pioner) cd burner crach after a few mn and says that's an error has occured.

Later I can t see any file on these cd or dvd (on another computer yes).

Any idea?

Which software do you use to burn DVDs/CDs?

Try reinstalling the drive in device manager - this should solve the problem.
