Cannot submit a support question

When I try to submit a query to e-support I just get the message saying I am not registered. If I try to create an account, I get the message that my e-mail is not in the database - despite the fact that Sony-Viao manage to send me e-mails. Does Sony actually provide any support once you have bought their products or just a load of cheap gimmicky websites to aggravate and annoy their customers? I am getting extremely fed up having just spent an hour going round in circles. Perhaps if anyone from Sony actually reads this they can contact me by e-mail with an address I can actually send my query to???

Call VAIO Link, there's no other way.
They've made a hash of the registration to esupport
