Corrupt Application Recovery DVD

I've just being trying to restore my VGN-S5XP/B Notebook from the recovery DVDs following an uninstall of Windows Vista RC1. Unfortunately, I find that the 2nd DVD (The Application Recovery Disk) is corrupt and I cannot read it. The process fails and I'm now stuck without and OS or Recovery Partition!

Could anyone let me have an ISO of this DVD so that I can get my laptop working again?

Welcome to Club vaio,

As long as your recovery partition has not been deleted you could try pressing F10 repeatedly when starting you vaio, this normally would start the recovery process..

If that does not work then you will have to contact Vaio-Link to purchase a new set of recovery DVD's..:smileysad:
