Crashing K215B

Hi, about every 2-3 days my Sony K215B crashes. What happens is the screen goes all bright and pixelated with the odd primary coloured square. Mainly happens when using internet explorer. I have SP2, anyone know why this is happening?

It sounds like it may be overheating, make sure your power settings setting is set to the highest fan use.
