Disply is not coming properly in notebook

I purchased Vaio notebook in 2002. Usage frequency is so less.
Since 3 months, I did not use my notebook. Now, I am facing problem in my notebook that display size 2 inches in LCD. But Nothing is working. once I press power-on button,Even Shutdown is also not working. I have press power button for close the system

Can anybody tell what will be problem and Solution?

I guess your computer is dead. Remove the main battery and try running it off the mains to see if things improve.
