dvdrw problem

My burner dw d56-A can read dvd but it can't read cd.
What can I do?
If you have a solution please help me

I don't know.

For two days, I have wrote a E-Mail to H+BEDV(AntiVir)

Since, version 6.30 I can't donload updates and so on.


I have used my best german, and have checked wheter all my sentence grammatical correct. LOL
But I don't know wether they read my Mail, or delete my Mail.:smileyconfused:

Well since their policy is to keep out of the forum I'm not sure it would carry too much weight, but if anyone here would then you would. TBH I'd think that it is the sheer amount of times it's been mentioned on here that would hopefully make them sit up and listen.

No offence to anyone - but really we're talking to the secretary and not the MD - all they do is design, organise and develop the website, not the products. They're not remotely interested in the VAIO, thats for the developers to worry about, they have enough with running Club VAIO.

This is why someone who's in charge of Quality Assurance needs to see "hey it's not working, what can we do to rectify it?"
