FE-11M Turning on problem

Hi ,I have a problem with turning on my vaio. When I turn it on ,it freezees ,before vaio logo shows up.Also lock's buttons leds are still. After about 10 minutes running like that I turn it off ,then again turn it on and everything is ok.That happens when my vaio is turned off for somethiong about 30min. What I should do? I wrote to e-support ,but they haven't anwsered for weeks.

I would reseat the RAM

This means taking it out, and putting it back in.
