Hey,
Would just like to know if anyone could tell me if theres anyway i can change my screen refresh rate from 50Hz on my laptop ....
It seems to be the only option in my settings.. there doesnt appear to be an option for 60Hz
Any help is appreciated !

Hi Dai and welcome to Club Vaio.

Start -> Control Panel -> Display -> Settings -> Advanced -> Adapter -> List All Modes

See if there is a 1280x800 32 bit 60 Hz mode available?
