FS115M RAM upgrade

I 'd like to upgrade my Vaio's RAM to 1Gb (currently 512Mb). The specs require two 512Mb DDR PC2700 333Mhz modules. Is it ok if I use two 512Mb DDR PC3200 400Mhz I already have? Thanx for any answers : )
