General question about the forum

May be I'm doing something wrong, but it seems to me, that when I doubleclick a thread to read the replies and of couse I want to see the latest replies, I have to go to the very latest page instead of the first one that appears.
Is'nt it more logical to change the sequence? I know that outside the thread I can change some options in descending, ascending, but within the thread nothing changes!

I'm not entirely sue what you mean but if you click the thread's title then you get taken to the first post on the first page.

Its only when I click on the last page icon that it takes me there.

I mean that I want to start with the last post!
Up till now on this threat there is only one answer (by the way thanks) but when there are 130 answers or more I have to browse many pages to see the most recent answer.

For instance:
Thread Clicking Harddisk Sound etc. has 77 pages and I miss a direct link to the last page.

Ahh right, yes currently there is nothing to take you to the last post.

It will take you to the last page, where I just scoot the mouse as fast as I can to the last post LOL

We can certainly discuss this with the site designers.

Yeah I've always noticed this, I just am so used to scrolling on this site.
