How do I reformat my V2S?

Hi- can anyone tell me how I reformat my PC? Do I need to backup all my files onto Cd's or will recovery CD's do?

You can back them up on cd's. To reformat it u use the recovery cd's. I think u turn on your pc with cd's in and it starts.

Yes you will need to back up all important data before you restore your vaio to it's original state..
