How do i work my bluetooth?

When i click on the bluetooth icon nothing happens. The same applies for when i click the 'bluetooth program'. I would like to get the bluetooth working so i can transfer files from my mobile to the laptop. Any suggestions? x

Not all Vaios have a bluetooth capability.

After connecting the bluetooth at your laptop, you need to search for bluetooth devices from your mobile. Then you only need to follow the steps for syncronize them.

Unfortunately the VGN NW20SF does not have integrated Bluetooth.

You will need to purchase a Bluetooth dongle if you need this.
