t find a solution to build a p2p wlan with my vaio to another notebook. We don't use/have access points, just two centrino notebooks and we want to build a connection to eachother by using wlan... any idea?

You need to set it up as ad-hoc mode then.
Not sure how you do this as I don't have the same adapter as you
