I dunno if this section is the right to post this, but i need to know how to do a full cancellation of every program in my Vaio VGN FJ1S without losing win xp and the others vaio programs installed before i buy it. (sorry for my very bad english!)

can you help me?? I have not any cd-rom

Hi Hakkai and welcome to Club Vaio.

Here is the RECOVERY PROCEDURE for your Vaio. You do not need any Recovery Discs to do this but it is a good idea to make a set of discs before you start.

If you want to return your Vaio to the factory settings and programs choose 'Complete Recovery' when you get to the Recovery Menu.
