i have already lost my recovery tools

I have tried that but the mistake i made was that i deleted every software in my notebook b4 i started reinstalling, so i have already deleted the recovery tools and everything related to vaio that is why my notebook is no longer recognise as sony vaio product.
so what should i do now becos the recovery tools is no longer in my notebook.

Have you tried pressing f10 when booting your Vaio, this should start the recovery program...

You can contact vaio - link and purchase a new set of recovery disc's.

But unless you formatted the hidden hard drive partition, pressing F10 at boot-up should start the recovery process..:smileyhappy:
