just one more,is my ati card able to share ram to speed up fps?

i have a k315z with a ati mobility radeon 9200 card and i play online alot, but my fps is abou 45-65. is there anyway to increase this? possibly by allowing use of more ram?

You can't use more memory, the only options available are to tweak the driver settings or try a different driver. 45-65 fps is a pretty good framerate for game playing. The refresh rate of your LCD is probably 60Hz anyway so framerates above this are just wasting resources.
