In Yor opinion what is the best solution to transfer music whith quality to Vaio Pocket ?
What codec have you prefer, to have great sound?

You´ll get the best sound quality with Atrac3plus 256 kbps - especially if you´re planning on hooking up your device to your stereo.
File sizes are still quite reasonable (compared to mp3). I have stored about 2.000 songs on my 20 GB drive (which include quite a few longer tunes as I am into progressive rock.... ).

Hi, I use 132k Atrac3 for ripping CDs and 256 for my vinyl collection, I have 3500 songs so I have had to use 132k as I would run out of space very quickly if it was all in 256k

132 Atrac3 is still way better for sound quality than MP3
But 256 is in a league of its own, it is very close to the original, but still not quite upto .WAV,
