The letter "R" keeps coming off when I press it. I place it back on the keypad and click it in it's position but it still keeps coming free. Is it possible to replace the key and it's components under warranty ?.

How easy is it to change the key and the plastic insert yourself as I don't fancy waiting up to 28 days for Currys to sort the problem ?.
The laptop is only 6mths old and still under warranty.

The problem will be obtaining the key and insert. Support did supply these free of charge until a couple of years ago but no longer.
Contact Vaio support and see what they say.
