Media centre crashes and blue screen of death?

Hi there, whenever I try to play a dvd in media centre, or go online through it, it says it cant find a dll file, locks up and then restarts. When it realoads, it says that a serious system error was caused by a graphics driver.

I have a vaio vgn-fe11h.

Any tips, should I reaload with recovery disks?

Laptop is only 2 dys old.

Video driver version is 01.09.82.07

have you installed adobe premiere elements?
there is an update for this problem on the vaio support website

you have to install new dll's and the problem in your media center will disappear !
