my s-buttons don't function after reinstall windows on my FE11M!!!

After reinsalling windows xp on my FE11M the s-buttons don't function! What can i do to solve this problem??? Pleas help me! Is there any driver or some other tool which i have to install???

Try downloading the Sony Utilites from VAIO Support which you can find HERE
Then put them to your C:/Utilites

There are 13 different items!

i just realised that my other reply did not send i also said to download the driver packages & then get the updates that are available this should put the drivers back in place in turn your keys should become available

Hi hombreos,

From the pre-installed utilities download you need to extract and install the following.

1 Sony Utilities (Installer Folder 1)
2 Sony Shared Library (Installer Folder 2)
3 Vaio Event Service (Installer Folder 5)

Then re-boot.

You may find that you need to repeat this process a couple times before the hotkeys work.
