My Vaio won't turn on...

...so im going to use the warranty. The problem is, that i dont want to lose my datas on the HDD. Does anyone knows a way of getting my data on an other drive, without breaking the warranty? The best way would be an image, but if it cant be done its alright.

The only way this can be done is by taking the hard disk out, but that won't be easy - they might ask why it has been opened.
