need help with my VGN-A397xp and what i got

hi people i got my VGN-A393xp which is soooo nice

but i did't get any CDs with it should there be CDs with it? and if so how should i go about getting them?

the next prob i have is i can't Register it on the e-Support web site could any one help me with that

its just i'v installed so much on it

Thats no problem, it makes the DVDs from a hidden partition.

oh right thats cool so if i formate the drive then put the CDs in with it put it back to like it was?

The restore process will format the C drive and return your system back to `as delivered¿ and you will lose any files or programs that you have installed or created.
Backup any data that you need before restoring!!!

ok thanks guy i'll try and get some DVDS i'm doing the CDs now all 9 of them but i'll use the dvds when i get them
