No Internet

Have new Vaio VPCEH2H1E which was working fine including using the internet.  Now won't connect and error says there could be a problem with the Wireless Network Connection Adapter and Local Area Connection Adapter. Tried to download a driver from the Sony site and transfer to the Vaio but doesn't seem to transfer some of the files.

There is one option but this would be the last one. You can run a factory reset.

On boot up, tap F10, then just follow the instuction. FYI, this will clear all your DATA so you need to back it up first.
