no sound on WinDVD BD

Only just got my VGX 302 back from France a few weeks ago after the Blu RAy failed. Now I have anther problem. I cant seem to get any sound when using WinDVD BD. I get sound using every other program windows media etc but no sound when it comes to playing Blu Ray. I have checked the settings and all seem to be correct. The only changed I have made to the system is installing Nokia PC suite soffware to download music onto my N95. I have read a few other threads where Samsung PC suite pinches all the CODECS Is this correct ? Does any one know hw to reinstall WinDVD BD to is original state or download it.

Your help is needed please.

Hi,

WinDVD is OEM and it can not be reinstall except if you download it from www.intervideo.com but it's a trial version.

WinDVD is not in the VAIO Recovery Center, neither on RDVD's. Then if you want WinDVD back on your unit you have to FULL RECOVER the computer at his fabric settings.

Check in Control Panel - Sound if sound level is not at his minimum.
