I've just formatted my VAIO A 215M and installed XP Pro instead of XP Home. Everything works fine except the DVD playback. While playing a DVD, there is no sound output. I've tested in Windows Media Player and Realplayer.
LIstening to music isn't any problem at all in these programs, so I'm not sure if it's a soundcard problem. Everything seems to be installed right (no exclamation marks in the device manager as I used the driver package I found at vaio-link.com).
Any ideas?
