Hi gmagpie,

First install the SFEP driver from within Device Manager.

Then install Sony Shared Library followed by Sony Notebook Utilities.

Hi gmagpie,

Sorry, I assumed you were referring to the Fn + key functions to adjust volume, brightness etc.

I assume that you have installed all of the original pre-installed drivers and utilities available on the Support site? Unfortunately there is not an individual driver included in the original package but have you tried the Quick Web Access update - 1.4.7.2 included in the Win 7 Updates?

If this doesn’t work then hopefully another member with this function may be able to advise further.
