Please Someone Help Me

Hi everyone .... I really appreciate if someone can help me to solve this problem with my laptop
I bought it one month ago and the TV tuner was working well then as soon I started downloading windows update it stopped working and giving the following message :
Ehshell.exe common language runtime debugging services
Application has generated an exception that could not be handled
Processed=0xbec (480) thread id=0xbec(3052)
Please can someone help me out ... I had to reboot my laptop more than 10 times and every time I download updates that what happen I can’t use or watch TV. Thank you very much

Hi balker and welcome to Club Vaio.

Updates to MCE seem to cause many problems with the registration of media centre devices.
