Pointer frozen

Hello all, have just bought a SZ1HP.
Touchpad works fine, but as soon as I connect to internet (swisscom unlimited card), the pointer freezes and I can`t do a thing.
Any ideas as to what might be wrong?

The biggest problem you have at the moment is that you have posted your question in the wrong place on the VAIO forum.
