Power rating for VGN-BX195VP

I have a li'l problem. I'm buying a power adapter so I can run my VAIO VGN-BX195VP from a 12v power supply, but I need to know a few things. Firstly, can my VAIO run off a 19v/20v power supply even though it should run off 19.5v? And also, what wattage does it require?

It should state the input and output on the back of your Sony BX195VP adapter.
