Problem with HotKey

Hallo,
i have a problem with my HotKey´s. HKserv.exe und HKWnd.exe run´s on WindowsXP Prof.. When i touch Fn+Fx, i become not a OnScreen - Graphic to fade the contrast or volume etc.

Can you help me? Thanks for your questions.
