Problem with Vaio-VGN FE 31Z

I have a problem. After i Systemrestore with Vaio Recovery Utilities--->Step 3--->close---> Software: Roxio, Skype,... not. and i go to msconfig, or i see not Vaio component, so that i can setup some Soft. Ex.: Sonic....
