The question is: Is there an possibilty to connect with sony itself. We all can talk what we want, but we should have anytime an sony-visior, which say something about the problems. Is there an e-mail connect to sony, where you can get some answers?

Sony don't have a general email address which you can write to. At least, not one that anybody has successfully used. I can only suggest you use eSupport.

A tip for you:
Get some PDA screen protectors, cut them to the size of the VPs screen and affix it on.

No more damage.
