Question regarding Directx 9.0c for games using a VAIO notebook.

Bought a new VAIO laptop a couple of months ago.
Its got 128 meg and is a Mobile Intel(R) 915GM/GMS,910GML Express Chipset Family.
However I have had loaded pro evolution soccer on it and its great however I cant seem to get it running Call of Duty 2 or Imperial Glory that both use directx 9.0c.
I have loaded it ok but the applications wont run.
Do I take it directx 9.0c is not compatible with this graphics chip?

Try running a Direct X Diagnostics to see if it is DX causing the problem by Start > Run > dxdiag

Is it that they won't run or is it they're very slow and jerky etc.

According to Intel , Call of Duty 2 is not playable with the 915GM/GMS,910GML Express Chipset Family. :slight_frown:
