"Transparent" Pop Up Panels in Outlook 2010 ??

Hi

I have a Vaio VGN-NR31J running under a fully patched up version of Windows 7.

In general I am very happy with this lap-top.

However, having just upgraded my MS Office software to 2010, I have a strange problem.

When Outlook 2010 displays a pop-up panel, e.g. on spell-checking, the majority of the panel is displayed as "transparent", i.e. its invisible !

I have found that the only way to make the panel visible is to take the panel by its header and drag it left and right across the screen.  Those parts of the panel that extend beyond the screen then become visible when you drag the panel back to the centre of the screen !

Strange, huh ?

My PC has the same Outlook 2010 software installed, also running under Windows 7, and doesn't have this problem.  So I presume the Outlook 2010 software is OK.  Any how, I have re-installed Outlook 2010 on the Vaio but this hasn't fixed it.

As all the other programs on the Vaio function OK, I presume it can't be a problem with the Vaio graphics driver.

Any ideas, chaps (and chapesses) ?

Regards
