RAM on my SZ4 doesn't works at max frequency

Hi, i have noticed a little trouble with my SZ4 Series notebook. Here's a screenshot:



As shown, the RAM modules installed (2x1GB) should work at 333MHz instead of 266MHz.
My CPU is a Centrino Duo T7400 (FSB 667MHz). I have disabled everything about energy savings and so on, and I have already seen in my BIOS if there was something to change, but i didn't found 😞
How can I fix this little issue?

Someone told me that i should modify something in my BIOS, but what??? I didn't find anything right for this! 😞
