I need to reset the computer...
Someone know how and who I have to ask to have another one?

Have you ever formatted your hard drive? If not you may still have the Recovery Partition on your HDD. Try Start>All Programs>Vaio Recovery Tool>Vaio Recovery Utility.

What model of Vaio Notebook do you have?

there isn't the possibility to create a recovery disk...

but I have never formatted my hard drive before....

In some cases the model number of a VAIO can be different from the chassis code number shown on the bottom or on the rear of the unit. If you click here does it show you a different Vaio model name...:smileyconfused:
