Hi
Whilst working abroad for a couple of years I had to purchase a replacemnt laptop. I purchased a VGNTZ37LN - this was set to region 3 and never changed.
I am now back in the UK and wish to change to Region2
I can access the region change panel - but unable to make any changes - the select a country is greyed out.
Anybody got any ideas on how to go about making the change Country panel active
