setting contrast on grt815e

Trying to set up my monitor
I have a pcg-grt815e and I am using adobe gamma wizard to set it up can some one please tell me how to adjust the contrast on the monitor as this is the first step asked

There are no contrast controls on LCD monitors such as those used in laptops.

Instead you should adjust the brightness.
