Hi Nativecatori and welcome.

Your BIOS screen is showing ‘Hard Disc Drive = None’ so that is why the system cannot find the Operating System.

It is likely that the hard drive has failed but check that you have not unplugged the SATA cable when you replaced the CMOS battery.

The System Date is also showing 2010!!

It is the cable or ribbon that connects the hard disc drive to the main board.

As I said, it sounds like the hard drive has failed but it is always worth looking for a hardware problem, like a loose cable, just in case.
