Sony's e-support

Can anyone tell me why after registering for e-support I cannot seem to see the page for creating new case or case overview?
If anyone is familiar with this it is the two boxes which appears on the right. On the left you have Register a product, Manage products, View/Editing Profile. Help!

Have you received and replied to the email from SonySupport@eu.sony.com with subject Sony e-Support login..

Yes, I have and I followed the linked but the help on the right of e-support is just missing?
