Special buttons problem.

Hi, my vaio is a VGN-A115Z i am having a bit of a trouble with my special buttons as the brightness light is on all the time and the volume buttons stopped working. Also the CD/DVD disc eject button doen't work anymore for some reason. Can anyone help?? Many thanks.

you should install vaio utilities for your model to get this buttons work.

welcome to Club Vaio..

Download the Preinstalled Utilities from Vaio-Link, Use the following link: Sony Vaio Support preinstalled Utilities

Once downloaded extract the files and then install the following, in order.

1 Sony Utilities
2 Sony Shared Library
3 Vaio Event Service

Once completed then re-boot your Vaio.

You may have to do this more than once..:smileywink:
