Strange problem with RA104 and MR10A Media receiver

I have an RA104 machine and only recently connected the provided Media Receiver to it. The connection is made with cable through a router with integrated switch. When I view TV live through the receiver, I cannot access some channels (always the same ones). I have updated all the software and the receiver's firmware, I have tried receiving in low-band mode instead of standard quality, these channels are still inaccessible.

When I try to view one of them, the channel display changes to the one I want, but picture and sound remain on the one I was viewing before I attempted the change. Giga Pocket does not have any such problem.

Any idea?

Anyway, the problem solved itself after I installed the latest Windows security patches, possibly because I rebooted the machine instead of putting it in standby mode.
