Suggestions for a CPU temperature monitor

Hi, can anyone suggest a program to monitor the cpu temp on my PCG-FR315B, I put a probe on the exhaust for the fan at the back of the laptop and I get between 42C and 59C depending on locations, once it get up by the 59C mark the laptop begins to slow right down if not stop, I'm thinking my laptop may be full of dust.

The best one for me is SpeedFan, a freeware temperature monitor utility: www.almico.com/speedfan.php

However, the one that was able to detect more temp probes after testing it in several PCs is Hardware Sensors Monitor: www.hmonitor.com but it it's not free. Sometimes it detected probes that SpeedFan didn't recognize.

You have other options, but I consider those two the best choices.

You can also use this program from Geocities called MobileMonitor - I recommend this one but choose whichever you feel most comfortable with.
