M1 graphics card

Hello to you everyone ...

I recently bought a M1 at its brill, its a smart little unit and fits my media needs perfectly, its unique !
You can probably guess that the only problem i can forsee is the poor offerings on the graphics front.
It currently runs COD & NFS no problems but i can invisage issues in the future. I didn't buy it as a gaming platform but am just wondering wether theres any possible way of upgrading the graphics chip that anyone knows of

If it's anything other than a desktop, no.

For a desktop it is simply a case of replacing the card - be careful that the power supply is sufficient for the computer to run with the new card!

As i say, its unique, its neither a desktop or a laptop !!
I'm guessing the answer will be no as its a ATI mobiltiy 9200 the same as the laptops.
Just wondered wether anyone was in the know.

I'm guessing not then. Is it a VAIO Entertainment model such as the V1? If it is similar to these entertainment models then the answer is no - its only possible on a desktop, this will change in the future.:smileywink:

Sadly you cannot upgrade the M1, it's a media centre with non-standard structure.
