I have bought a CRUCIAL 4GB SO-DIMM DDR3L- 1600 CT51264BF160B after consulting the memory upgrade tool in crucial's website. My VAIO SVF1521H1EW has 4gb installed memory and has a spare ram module available. After installation my laptop boots but doesn't recognise the extra 4gb of memory. Any suggestion to fix the problem?
Note that i tried to boot the laptop with only the new memory module and it works fine!!! I also switched the modules but it still doesnt recognise the extra 4Gb of memory....
Please help..
