tastiera impazzita su vgn-ar21m

ciao a tutti
ho comprato un ar21m pagato 1950€!!!
già una volta è stato mandato in assistenza mi avevano detto che era un problema software e mi è stato riconsegnato funzionante.
ora il problema si ripresenta!!!!
in pratica dopo 5 minuti di utilizzo la tastiera impazzisce!!!!
ad esempio ora al posto della k mi dà 2 al posto di i mi dà 5 e cosi via.
ho dovuto scrivere tutto questo con la tastierasu schermo!!!!!
cosa devo fare per risolvere questo problema?????

i have alredy send it to the sony and they have said is software problem and i have receive it again working!

You have tried pressing the num lock key haven't you?
There should be a key at the top of the keyboard next to F12, Num Lk, when pressed itr causes uiojklm to become 4561230 respectively.

is not that the problem i know about num/scor.
for example after keyboard going crazy when i press E on screen is T T is W ecc



i think is heat problem because that strange problem appears after 5/10 min i use application that they demand many resources or when i watching dvd film....
