after many attempts, I have verified that the error occur only when I start Nero burning with a memory stick into the slot .
if I insert the memory stick after having started Nero burning all it proceeds well
I have also tried to uninstalling "Nero" and to install it againt with the memory in the slot but nothing of fact

Try changing the drive letter that is assigned to the memory stick reader to a drive letter after the burner. ie if the burner is assigned to drive F: then assign G: to the memory stick reader.

I don't know if this will help . . . . it's just an idea to try. Create a restore point before you do it then it will be easy to undo if there is no improvement.
