Upgrading a graphics card

I've seen lots of conflicting information about whether this is possible on a laptop; I've got a VGN-A115B with an ATI mobility radeon 9200 but I was hoping to get something a bit quicker fitted

Could someone please tell me a) if it is physically possible on the laptop I've got, and b) if I need Sony to do it
